ORVEN is a family company from the Loire valley, now in its second generation. We sell, install and service the machines that cut, bend, weld and machine metal for more than 900 manufacturers.

Four decades on the shop floor
- 1987
Jean Vernet starts trading used press brakes from a shed near Saint-Étienne.
- 1996
First new-machine dealership. The workshop starts refurbishing machines in-house.
- 2008
First fiber laser installed in the Loire region. Service team grows to 12 engineers.
- 2015
Showroom opens in Saint-Priest near Lyon: 2,400 m², 30 machines under power.
- 2021
Own ORVEN line of lasers and press brakes, built with European partners.
- 2026
2,300 machines installed across France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
Every turnkey project gets one project engineer, from the first layout until handover. Same person, same phone number, for the whole project.

That is why service is the largest department in the company. A 24h hotline, remote diagnostics on every new machine, and over €4M of spare parts on the shelf in Andrézieux.
