ORVEN Machine Works

One line. One team. One signature.

A turnkey line is a two-year relationship before it is a machine. We take responsibility for the full scope: layout, machines, automation, software, foundations, installation and the service contract after.

How we work

Six steps from first visit to first part

Investments of this size take time, and they should. Every step ends with something you can check, sign off or walk away from.

  1. 0101

    Production audit

We spend a day on your floor. Parts, volumes, bottlenecks, who runs what.

  2. 0202

    Layout & business case

A hall layout and a payback calculation your CFO can check line by line.

  3. 0303

    Test runs on your parts

Bring your drawings or your steel to our showroom. You see the result before you sign.

  4. 0404

    Financing & lease

Purchase, lease or trade-in of your current machines. We arrange it with our partner banks.

  5. 0505

    Installation

Foundations, rigging, power, commissioning. Planned around your production, not ours.

  6. 0606

    Service for the long run

38 service engineers, parts from stock in Andrézieux and a 24h hotline.

Typical timeline: 6 to 18 months from audit to production, depending on scope and foundations.
